Park is a planned industrial complex of 40 acres. Building lots range

SITE ACCESS
The Moriarty Industrial Park is located adjacent to its easy access, easternmost I-40 interchange. In addition, the Park is situated one mile from its Municipal Airport, which is equipped with a paved and lighted 7,700 foot runway, and where additional commercial and industrial sites are available. Commercial passenger and air service is available in Albuquerque, 30 minutes west of Moriarty via I-40 and I-25. SITE COSTS
Land lease rates vary,
but incentive rates begin at less than $85 per acre, per month. The
City will also build-to-suit with competitive building lease rates, or
the client may choose to construct their own facility.
